BYD Malaysia owners can now book servicing through Sime Motors' OneGo app, unlocking an RM50 discount

BYD owners in Malaysia can now book vehicle servicing and repairs directly through the OneGo app, following the launch of a new digital aftersales booking service by the brand's local distributor, BYD Sime Motors.

The feature lets owners check appointment availability and book a service slot from their phones, without having to call a service centre or visit in person to make arrangements.

Highlights at a glance

Instant online bookings: Check available slots at BYD service centres and confirm an appointment through the app, without waiting for manual confirmation.

Choice of service centre and advisor: Owners can select their preferred BYD service centre and choose a specific service advisor.

RM50 service discount: From now until 31 December 2026, owners who book through the OneGo app can enjoy RM50 off their service.

Calendar integration: Once a booking is confirmed, an email confirmation will be sent. Owners can also add the appointment directly to Apple Calendar or Google Calendar, making it easier to keep track of upcoming servicing or reschedule when needed.

Three steps to book an appointment

Select your vehicle: Choose a BYD vehicle linked to your account, enter its current mileage and add any service requests or notes.

Choose a service centre and advisor: Select a convenient location and your preferred service advisor.

Confirm your appointment: Pick an available date and time to complete the booking. A confirmation email will be sent once it is confirmed.
