Stellantis reported a modest increase in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, supported by stronger vehicle sales in Europe and South America.
The automotive group generated €37.6 billion in net revenue, up 1% year-on-year, while its net loss narrowed sharply compared with the same period last year.
Stellantis has also maintained its full-year 2026 financial guidance as it continues to implement its FaSTLAne 2030 strategy. The group is targeting a return to positive industrial free cash flow in 2027.

Stellantis recorded a net loss of €500 million in the third quarter, an improvement of 90% compared with the same period in 2025, when results were affected by substantial exceptional charges.
Adjusted operating income (AOI) reached €256 million, with an adjusted operating margin of 0.7%, up 50 basis points year-on-year.

Performance varied considerably across the group's regional operations.
The Asia-Pacific region recorded the largest improvement in adjusted operating margin, up 480 basis points year-on-year. During the quarter, Stellantis also began local production of the Leapmotor C10 and B10 in Malaysia and established Dongfeng Stellantis Wuhan in China.
North America's adjusted operating margin improved by 340 basis points, while the Middle East and Africa recorded a 140-basis-point increase.
South America remained relatively stable, with its margin slipping by 30 basis points. Enlarged Europe, however, saw a 340-basis-point decline despite the region's contribution to higher group revenue.

Looking ahead to the final quarter of 2026, Stellantis expects consolidated vehicle shipments to exceed third-quarter levels.
The group is also keeping a close watch on inventory in North America, aiming to bring stock levels by December 2026 back towards those recorded in December 2025.
Cost pressures remain a concern. Stellantis expects higher expenses related to memory chips and vehicle recalls in the fourth quarter compared with the third.
However, savings from its Value Creation Plan (VCP) are expected to accelerate. The group anticipates several hundred million euros in benefits during Q4, roughly double the amount achieved in the third quarter.
Despite the additional cost pressures expected towards the end of the year, Stellantis has left its 2026 financial guidance unchanged.
The group expects capital expenditure and research and development spending to account for approximately 6.5% of net revenue for the full year, in line with its FaSTLAne 2030 investment plans.
