The iCAUR V25 will officially go on sale in China on 19 November, joining the V23 and V27 as the third model in the brand's V-series.
The new SUV combines retro boxy styling with a range-extender powertrain, and will be offered in four variants. Pre-sale prices in China range from RMB 139,800 (around RM 85,200) to RMB 175,800 (around RM 107,100).

At 4,636 mm long with a 2,820 mm wheelbase, the V25 sits between the V23 and V27. It is 416 mm longer than the V23, but more compact than the flagship V27.

The V25 retains the upright, boxy styling seen on the V23, with a tall front end and pronounced wheel arches. Five exterior colours will be available: white with an eight-layer pearl finish, black, silver, green and matte grey.

Its off-road specifications include 197mm of ground clearance, a 30-degree approach angle, a 28-degree departure angle and a 17-degree breakover angle. The SUV also gets 21-inch rims with 265mm-wide tyres, as well as integrated aluminium side steps as standard.
Along the side, a multi-function module on each front wing integrates the driver assistance camera, NFC sensor and turn signal. The semi-recessed mechanical door handles also incorporate puddle lights to illuminate the ground when the vehicle is unlocked.
The removable trim panel on the D-pillar is designed to accommodate accessories such as a side ladder or storage box.

At the rear, a distinctive nine-square brake light takes inspiration from Lego-style modular designs. A dedicated space above the rear brake light allows owners to add a personalised illuminated display.
The tailgate features a 22.7-litre storage compartment with internal dividers, providing space for items such as umbrellas and vehicle repair tools.
The side-opening tailgate can swing open to 88 degrees. Its forged hinges and adjustable stay mechanism allow it to remain securely in position at different opening angles.
The roof has a static load capacity of up to 200 kg, while dual rear fog lamps and dual reversing lights are fitted as standard.

For driver assistance, the V25 is equipped with iCAUR's Super Falcon 700+ driver assistance system, powered by a Horizon Journey 6P chip with a claimed computing performance of 560 TOPS.

All four V25 variants are powered by a 1.5-litre turbocharged engine serving as a range extender, producing a maximum output of 115 kW. The system is expected to be paired with dual electric motors and all-wheel drive.
A 33.67 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery provides a WLTC EV range of 145 km or 150 km, depending on the variant. Fuel consumption with the battery depleted is rated at between 6.9 and 7.15 litres per 100 km.

The chassis uses MacPherson struts at the front and a five-link suspension setup at the rear. British motorsport engineering company Prodrive was involved in chassis tuning, with a focus on stable road manners, precise cornering and engaging handling.
The iCaur V25 has already been spotted undergoing testing on Malaysian roads. Following earlier sightings on the ELITE Highway and in an underground car park, another camouflaged test vehicle was recently photographed in Glenmarie.

The vehicle was wearing plate "B3017A", which was also associated with an earlier Chery Q EV test vehicle. This suggests that the V25 is part of the manufacturer's local testing programme, although the purpose of the testing has not been officially confirmed.
If it eventually reaches the Malaysian market, the V25 would be iCAUR Malaysia's first range-extender SUV.
